"I couldn’t get an appointment with Dr bacon so I had to settle for Dr cosmos. I will omit details of my problem but my concern was I wanted to be able to enjoy my Christmas, enjoy my dinner I cook every year, so a decision was made based on his explanation that I have two teeth pulled. I was handed a form which I now know was to my detriment. His assistant wanted me to sign. I asked questions. “Why does this say surgery” “what is this about narcotics” To which she replies “this doesn’t pertain to you, it’s something we have everyone sign”. Informed consent is what they call it but it was not. I was NOT informed of anything concerning what was to follow this procedure. I was NOT informed that I would not be able to eat solid foods for months. I was NOT informed that there would be stitches for a week or even how to take care of them. I was NOT informed about the pain he put me in. I was NOT informed that I am now three months out and still have chunks of bone coming out of my gums. I was NOT informed That I would not be able to even go to work for a week after due to the migraine from him pulling at my jaw for an hour! I was NOT informed that every time that I laughed even to this day it hurts. I thought I was going to have my teeth pulled and my Christmas would be as it was. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t laugh. I cried. It was horrible. I do NOT recommend Dr. Cosmos to anyone. He’s more concerned in impressing everyone with his conversation, and where he’s from and blah blah blah he’s new to ELMHURST. How about explaining your procedure! He ruined my holiday, and when I mentioned that I was upset? He brought up his “ informed consent”. I recommend him to no one. His license should be revoked and he should be fined for his unethical unprofessional, unlawful practice. How many more people like me are there that have suffered from his egregious negligence. I almost brought my daughter here. Thank God I didn’t because she’d be traumatized for life as I am."

"My 3 kids and I have been going to Dr Bacon since 2008. Had been a good fit for us. Most recently Dr Bacon performed some cosmetic dentistry on my kids which later they decided to have it tweaked. Dr Bacon accommodated us into his schedule right away and quickly adjust to everyone’s satisfaction. Thank you for some really nice smiles. So nice to see on teenagers :)"
