The office administration was very friendly upon arriving.The admin made it easy to set up my next appointment and answered all my questions. The dental hygienist Laura was outstanding! She explained the process and gave me tips along the way. I was blown away by her skill set. My visit was flawless and everyone working there is exceptional. I left with a huge smile on my face. 100% will be a lifetime client. 4 stars Dr.Shen!"

"Dr. Shen and his team were very efficient in getting me in and out in an appropriate amount of time. They did spend enough time, especially with it being my first visit, to explain the work that needed to be done and choose the best way to start, in a way I could afford. Dr and staff were friendly and professional. They took the anxiety out of the dental experience!"

"I have lived in Villa Park for 25+ years. For the last 20 years or so I have driven past Dr. Shen's office almost on a daily basis, but have always gone to different dentists... Last week I had a minor dental emergency (a crown popped out), that I needed fixed sooner than later... I currently do not have dental insurance, so it was terrifying knowing I had to go to the dentist. I emailed Dr. Shen's office telling them the situation and that I had no insurance.. They contacted be back very quickly, and got me in on their schedule pretty quickly as well. Dr. Shen was very honest, fair, and hilarious! He was able to fix my crown, and I didn't have to take out a second mortgage to afford it. I will be going back in a few weeks for a cleaning, and am glad I have found such a wonderful dentist so close to home!! 5+ stars people!"

"Dr. Shen is very detailed and clear with his instructions and information regarding dental care. It was quick service but very through. He was excellent with my 5 year old daughter and asked me questions and if I had any questions. I appreciate that type of care. He made sure my daughter was comfortable and he interacted with her very well as he was doing a cleaning. The hygenist woman was also amazing with my daughter as she took over the cleaning process. My daughter told me, after the visit, "That was fun mommy". Best experience any parent could ask for, for their child. The receptionist is very friendly as well. I already made an appointment for my son who is 3 years old. I highly recommend Dr. Shen and his wonderful staff."
