"Felt so strongly about this experience that I had to write my first google review. Called the office on 03/01/2023 to make an appointment because I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed. The appointment was setup for an exam and x-ray first. Before I went to my appointment the dentist called and asked me to email him my federal employee plan insurance card. Never had this happen before. I emailed to him and asked if he’s in the network and that I found his information listed on the plan website. He said he didn’t know and “had to check”. I went to the appointment the following week with my son who is also on the plan with me. We got our x-rays and I told the doc that I wanted to get my wisdom teeth removed and to schedule an appointment for it. He scheduled the appointment for the 23rd at 4pm. On the appointment date at 4pm I walk in to a full waiting room where either the office had checked in walk-in appointments or double-booked patients. I waited 2 hours all the way until 6pm when the office closed. My son got his cleaning done and I was told that “oh we had some complications and sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s all I can tell you” I said, “well we planned to have this appointment two weeks ago and you scheduled it”. And that was that. I had no choice but to find another provider. I thought maybe my insurance wasn’t good or something so I called BCBS and apparently claims went through just fine. I would recommend you look for another provider before wasting your time here."

"I saw Dr. Jain at the end of July this year. He cleaned my teeth excellently and he was very direct, and to the point, which I appreciate. He was also kind and a great conversationalist. Thanks, Dr. Jain!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for the past 6 years. He is the best Dentist I have had in my 45 years of life. At one point I needed a crown and he did a phenomenal job. He is gentle, proactive, and reasonable when it comes to charges. As my mother always said, "take care what you want to keep". Teeth should be one of those things you want to keep and it all starts with having a nice dentist like Dr. Jain!"
