Reviews
"The visitor center for the San Antonio missions is outside the San Jose mission. I highly recommend visiting the center- there are exhibits inside, a theater with free 20 minute video, and a gift shop."
"Absolutely wonderful! Didn't have much time there but it's a beautiful site. Saw Mission Conception and went into the San Jose"
"We had a great time touring the mission. The sanctuary was beautiful. This is an excellent facility to view and I really recommend taking an opportunity to see it."
"This is a really nice, but small, visitor center with exhibits. The staff are friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge of the area. You can get maps of all the missions here and details about other things in the area not in the National Historical Park, such as the Missions County Park, where you can walk along the river."
"This visitor center serves as the main center for the park. Inside are rangers volunteer staff, and brochures ready to help guide you on your visit. There is a large restroom complex adjacent to the center. As of 6/6/21, all of the National Park passport stamps for the individual missions are located in this building at the information desk. As of the same date, the museum wing of the center is closed."
