"attempted to give the 1st initiai payment formy son's insurance and just gor the run around. I was told they needed to get authotization fro my son just so I can give the 1st payment for his Ins. However noone got ahold of my son and was told they would try later but never did. Well the time for the payment passed and now the premium went upfrom $45 a month to $200 a month. The ppl at Blue cross Blue shield kept passing from department to department and noone can help or assist with getting the insurance going. Complete disappointment will be canceling my group ins also ASAP. Dont waste your time nor money on this. They will bounce you to payment dpt to member dpt and wont get answers."
