"I bet a patient at this facility for multiple decades, Historically, I’ve been very happy with the care at this facility. My most recent cleaning doctor I’ve never met before did the examination and determined that I had two cavities that needed to be addressed immediately and a multitude of other ones that were going to need to be addressed in the future. I didn’t get the warm and fuzzies so I went out on my own and saw two other dentist, which performed x-rays and panoramic x-rays as well as an actual inspection to determine that I have zero cavities. I will not be going back or recommending this facility again."

"After giving the situation over 48 hours to calm down here is what I have. As someone who prides himself on developing relationships, kindness, providing a great service and customer experience, this dentist didn’t deliver on any of that. I felt like just another number and Doctor Anthony, the Dentist did not put any effort into developing a relationship with a potential client. I felt taken advantage of as soon as I sat down in the chair with zero clarity or transparency on anything that was going to happen. After 20 minutes of X-Rays from the assistant, Doctor Anthony came in, gave a brief hello, went straight into a sales pitch and told me I needed a full mouth x-rays before even looking at my mouth or my individual x-rays, then examined my mouth for 30 seconds, prescribed me what I needed and told me to go to the front to get pricing and book the things he recommended. As a first time client, I was caught off guard. I was expecting him to develop some sort of rapport with someone who could be a potential client for years to come. (There was actually point in this experience where I was thinking to myself “okay I can see myself bringing my daughter and wife here”) The best part? I thought I was getting a cleaning until the receptionist (who was just as confused as me, she thought I was getting a cleaning as well) said that I was done and that they were overbooked and asked if I can come back tomorrow. There was zero clarity or communication on anything whatsoever. How it ended? I left paying $245 for “x-rays and an exam", and the receptionist admitted that they "failed""
