"There’s no “This Place” that’s subject to the scrutiny of what the unaddressable measures the insurance company calling itself “AAA” and other affiliated entities have concocted to present a narrative that projects - easy- best- great demeanor yet the insurance industry is a lobbied non anti trust affiliation collected to keep the government from seeing what they really have done. Example: and this is only one example!!! Creeping due dates!! Buy a policy on a specific date, arraignments made on say the 20th though the annual renewal comes due a week earlier and is progressively moved forward with each renewal year!! More to say about these practices yet the service people are required to sell the mantra to we. Point the spot light on the actuarial, top level cfo’s- CEO’s and their silent predecessors."

"Aggressive agent. They will take your debit card and ignore you for ever. Won't pick up a phone if you call them and won't reply to your emails. There are better places to shop for insurance with much better customer service."

"AAA Texas is the worst. Been a member starting 32 years this year. 25 years in Florida. No issues! Move to Texas 7 years and nothing but problems. Their 800 call in service is absolutely the worst! I have had to use their services 4 times over the years and it takes them 4 hours or more to get someone to you! They keep lying to you on the phone. They have prepared Trip tics and maps, and did not complete. We wasted precious time and money on vacation because they had us going out of the way! They lie to you on the phone when you ask for a supervisor and the same person comes back on trying to change their voice, they supposedly type in the info and you never hear back from anyone! Really debating whether to renew in August! So folks, I do not recommend AAA of Texas!"

"Called to get a tow, and their answering machine refered me to their 1800 number, called that number and was told I would have to wait about an hour for the tow truck and that I would receive text updates from dispatch, got one update right after my call letting me know, the truck was being dispatched. An hour later, no truck, no updates; so I called to follow up, they told me sorry for the wait, it'll be about 5 minutes more. 30 mins later, no truck no update, so I called back, was told that it'll be another 30 mins, and I asked the telephone operator, how certain was she of this new added wait time? She said "to be honest, you may want to just scheduled for tomorrow, as it looks they are very busy right now." I will be cancelling my membership tomorrow, had they told me this from the beginning, I would have contacted a towing company myself, now it's rush hour and they are all busy! And I am stuck waiting for a towing truck, not knowing when it'll arrive! Horrible and deceitful costumer service, don't waste your money with them."
