"My car broke down an hour from the area on a Saturday. Called to see if I can get my vw towed over and left over night to be looked at in the morning and the owner was more than reasonable. After the diagnostic, i explained my situation and the owner was more than willing to lend me a loaner for the time being. Unfortunately my car was beyond repair so the owner sought out and was able to sell it with my permission of course. In the process communication on the vehicle was a 10/10 experience.
