"5 stars for the staff I worked with 1 for the service. Took my vehicle in for its first maintenance which comes with a complimentary wash. Service which was supposed to take 2 hours ended up being a 2 day affair and when I came back the next day to pick up my car it was dirtier than when I brought it in. It looks like they sprayed it with something and then just left it outside. Every inch is covered in white spots and streaks. On top of that the filters I had inspected and cleared exactly 33 days prior came back as “needing immediate attention” after they preformed their own inspection. I’m no mechanic so that could be the case that they need changing but from my limited knowledge on cars I wouldn’t expect to be replacing filters so often… I’ve been here twice, once to purchase a vehicle and now for the maintenance, both times the 2 staff members I spoke with were great but the general experience, not so much"

"Everyone was polite and very interested in making sure you were taken care of. My sales rep was sure to keep me informed on what was happening. On my first visit to test drive, the car was ready in a madder of minutes and I felt no pressure to make a decision on the spot. The vehicle information was presented in detail and I was always given the opportunity to ask any questions I wanted to. My sales rep and I had several communication's over a few week's and he responded to all my questions. When my final decision was made to purchase, the rest of the process went better then expected. He made us feel comfortable and extended his service by calling the next day to follow up. -Anthony Triner followed up via email after we applied online before we came in. He recommended we come in and I did not feel rushed though it was almost two weeks before i would be available. When we explained or situation, he provided a solution to cover all areas of selling two vehicles and providing new replacements we wanted for our family size. -Martha Miller was extremely organized and explained everything as we were signing. She was very kind and fun to talk to. This was the best back office experience so far. -I knew I was not going to buy a car that day as I was just coming for information to see what our options were. They provided new up-to-date information that i was not aware of and the all-around natural customer service that was provided made it easy for us to make a decision and drive away in the vehicles we wanted the same day.
