"AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM OR YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE. Booked a place with them in Beaumont and it was in the HOOD!!!! They were unresponsive and would not assist with cancellation. I paid over $700 for 4 nights PLUS a $200 pet deposit that they refuse to give back even though I didn't step foot in the house. The area their place was located in was so bad, it felt unsafe even getting out of the car! The photo is not their place but it is next door to it - run down, boarded up homes, loose dogs, it is NOT SAFE to book with them!!!!"
