"Brought my mothers car there for bodywork/paint on the rear bumper. They fixed that well enough but the front bumper and quarter panel were severely scratched while the car was in their possession. Unfortunately my mother did not look the car over carefully enough when she picked it up. Now the shop is saying the damage was there when she dropped it off. Definitely not the case as I saw it the day before she dropped it off and that damage was not there. They only put some touch up paint over the scratches after she brought it back and complained.
