I noticed right away and let the guy know but he just seemed unsure and made a call to someone else who was unsure. Not making a big deal over $2-3 but definitely not coming back and would have expected more effort towards a customer for a $220 detail plus tip."

"When I drop off the car for detailing, the lady told me the car won’t be clean good inside stains will be removed from the seats and the small that I have in the car will eliminate it. Don’t use the service they didn’t even wash the car outside good. Steering wheel was still sticky, the smell still remains , and when I come home, I examine a car how they clean inside and they notice the stains on the backseats are still there. So call back and tell them that I still have stains on my backseats. And she’s like bring the car back. I’m like no you guys we’re having car for over three hours. I need the car right . And then she told me that we cannot remove those stains. I’m like really I’m thinking what products you’re using the new you cant remove stains. Anyway, Very bad service. Lost my money never coming back Don’t recommend it."

"They did a very nice and thorough job when I requested the more expensive hand wash. In fact it's probably the best hand wash I've gotten in about 7 years. The employee was very mindful about the areas most don't ever think to touch.. I recommend them for a car you value that you don't want running through the car wash. I will try a detail at some point this year. UPDATE 12/12/19 Had them do a detail on another of my cars today and WOW what a job. This as not a paint correction, not even a buff! Just a wash/wax and interior detail for $130. I've had $200+ jobs turn out FAR worse than this. They did a phenomenal job. It looks as good as it did, if not better than the day it left the showroom floor. Getting these rims clean had to be a feat unto itself as the brake dust had embedded itself pretty effectively into the clear of the rims. Well done Wauconda Car Wash! All of my cars will be going here in the future!!"
