Jim & Paul (owners) are wonderful people. Not only was Paul so friendly and helpful right off from my initial phone call but once I dropped off my van to the shop, despite being busy, Jim was very prompt about diagnosing the issue and applying the needed fix/repairs all within the same day in a matter of few hours and got my Van running in top notch condition again. The issue was around VCM(Variable Cylinder Management) where there was cylinder 1 misfire and he took care of the problem with the right set of actions to repair the issue and provided proper guidance giving me all the important information keeping things transparent. These fellows are veterans in the industry with decades of experience that the many other shops don’t come close to matching with the younger counterparts and they certainly do not rip you off with unnecessary things or extras that you don’t need like many other shops or dealers may do.
