Pho Fusion & Bar

"They were busy, but they had their ducks in a row for being a newer restaurant! Our server was on her game. She checked on my husband and I regularly, drinks stayed full, food was all streaming hot. She even apologized for the wait, which wasn't even bad! It was Friday night, full house, and we only waited like 25~ minutes for our entree, while having enjoyed a couple drinks and an appetizer of fried tofu ... like that's fantastic lol. We've waited longer for one large take out pizza.. Anywho. My husband and I both got PHO and were happily impressed. We've had pho in many states, many towns.. we're very picky. And this has earned a passing score! The meat is very thinly sliced and therefore tender. Broth is favorable but was more enhanced with the add-in sauces. Veggies were crisp, basil was fresh. I think I need to revisit my usual spot now, to compare, because this is way closer to home.. I LOVED the Simply Pear martini, so tasty! It was beautiful on my tongue. The Lychee-tini was too sweet in my opinion but for people that like seltzers and sweet wines, they'll love it! We can't wait to go back!"

"Enjoyed our lunch here. Service was great, friendly and fast! It was quite busy which was nice to see. The fresh spring rolls (rice paper wrapped/not fried) are always a favorite. The vegan pho was good. I feel like it could have had more flavor. My sister had the Bangkok street noodles and really enjoyed them. I will return and try some other foods."

"I’ve had the pumpkin curry twice now and it’s amazing- try it & you won’t regret it! You have the option for meat veggies or tofu. My date had the Hawaiian fried rice and also enjoyed it. The staff is so friendly."

"They did a great job turning this business to something special. The combine was terrible and didn’t deserve this nice interior. The Pho Fusion team made the ambiance fit this food offerings and they made the service of the venue matter. This place will last as long as it’s supported by the locals, I will be sure to share with as many people I know. We tried eight different menu items and they were all great. Great job Pho Fusion."
