"The new doctor seems to be nice but the support personnel is incompetent. Would not run pre-authorization for my appointment at the time of appointment and then argued that there was not enough time. Makes it for a very unpleasant experience. They balance bill for pretty much everything as they are generally out of network for most insurances."

"I agree with other comments about how the practice handles billing and overall customer service. Sadly, this is the case with many dental practices where it is business first and focused. It is obvious the billing is what is most important. You can make sure you handle the billing in a professional manner but there is one person at the front desk who shouldn’t be handling it. She comes across condescending and repeats herself in a manner that is just rude. We came here because of Dr. Cannon but will be looking for another office."

"This was an absolutely amazing practice until Dr. Cannon retired. My daughter who was terrified of dentists, found content with Dr. Cannon. He was the best dentist for over 6 years for my daughter. Never any issues, made her experiences pain-free and he was extremely knowledgeable. Now, this practice with the new lady doctor who just took over is a nightmare. Our last appointment was a horror show. Please spare your children from this incompetent doctor. The other review said “run,” yes, run and don’t look back. Save your children."
