"I have been going to this location for over 25 years, when it was Oil Masters, was very satisfied with my services on all my fleet vehicles. Since the change to Valvoline, my attitude is changed. In past visits with my vehicles, it was common that an oil filter for my vehicle was not in stock, and these were not uncommon vehicles, we're talking about Volkswagen& Audi. My filter was not in stock, again, for my vehicle and they could not get it for a few days. But since I was going out of town, I went to the closest auto parts store to purchase one. The service techs changed my oil and off I went on my road trip to Indianapolis for my daughters wedding. Long story short, the service techs installed my oil filter incorrectly which resulted in engine oil spewing out by the filter, and leaving oil spills everywhere I parked. Luckily I was able to prevent complete engine failure by adding oil, 4 qts worth until I found another location to rectify this issue. All this while preparing for my daughters wedding ceremony. I plan on bring my vehicle to my dealer and doing a complete engine diagnostic check as well as a professional engine cleaning. Needless to say I will be cancelling my fleet account with Valvoline."
