"The CEO, Mario, and his employee, Gabriel, told a patient who became eligible for Medicare that they would be able to assist him with his online application to receive his healthcare benefits. After a visit from both of these patients individuals at the patient’s residence, the online application was sent. To my surprise, about 2 months go by with no response from the Social Security Administration. I was called by the patient’s wife to assist and found that these incompetent people entered his address incorrectly on his application. The street name was correct, but the 4 numbers were wrong. I contacted the CEO to give him the opportunity to correct their error, however, he was unable to do so. After a few calls and spending hours on hold, Darlene’s Healthcare was able to cleanup this mess left behind by Andale Seguro. "It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a health insurance company. I am type one diabetic; the first thing I told the assigned assistant was that I have a health condition and I needed to get my insulin and my Dexcom covered in a part, so I didn’t have to pay the full price. She said she was absolutely sure that was covered with Ambetter. When the time came to refill my Dexcom sensor and insulin (I use two types of insulin; Novolog and Lantus), the insurance told me they don’t cover Dexcom supplies neither insulin. I talked to the assistant and she couldn’t do anything. Then, she transferred me to her supervisor, who was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful. I wrote a comment on Jenny Gonzalez’s Instagram account-which she deleted- and that was the only way I had to talk to her. She tried to fix everything but it didn’t work. She didn’t know about my case. This woman has a lot of people working for her and she doesn’t know what they do. At the end I had to pay almost $400 for my Dexcom sensors. I managed to changed my health insurance. I told Jenny I didn’t want to work with them anymore. I thought it was over. A month later I received an email from the insurance charging me. I called them and the insurance said none canceled my membership. So I had to pay and I called Jenny to let her know that. She told me: I’m sorry; we forgot to cancel your membership. She had to transfer me the money I paid. The worst experience ever. You can do this by yourself. Please don’t trust this people!"
