"Medicare advantage recipients beware! This company does not deliver on promised benefits. I would rate them at a 0 if it were possible.They promised me premium discounts of $50/month which I did NOT receive. Repeated calls about the issue produced no satisfaction.Their call center is a nightmare, staffed by people unable to resolve your issues. Since they make it impossible to call back to the same representative, you have to start over again explaining your problem every time. Even the supervisors are unable to help. I am switching my coverage and advise everyone to do the same."
