"I drove my entire family to Bolingbrook for this dental office because I heard how much care they put into making sure you're comfortable. The dentist was extremely personable, and the entire team did absolutely everything they could to make sure my kids were having the time of their lives. There are a bunch of amenities, but what really stood out to me was the way that the dentist explained so many things to me that no dentists near me ever talked about, like my sleep! He took 20 pictures to show me every aspect of my mouth and my smile, things I never noticed before. I felt like he took so much time with me, but my appointment was still only 80 minutes or so. How they packed everything into that time is beyond me! It's just a testament to how professional they are. Thank you, Dr. Syed and everyone at 311 Dental!"
"Very welcoming and calming. They make it a priority to ensure you are comfortable. Their vision is to take the anxiety out of visiting the dentist. Mission accomplished. They had soothing music, relaxing images on the screen, essential oil and will play a show you select during your appointment. They also did a good job of explaining everything that they see in x-rays or work that needs to be done."
"I brought my toddler in for his first ever dentist appointment and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. A lot of what made the appointment successful was the super friendly staff and dentist, the office itself, and the small details. They have a comfort menu where you can choose what you want to watch on TV, what music you want to listen to, and even what stuffed animal you want. All in all, I was worried how my toddler would handle his first dental experience, but thanks to the professionalism of 311 Dental, there was nothing to be worried about, they make sure to make you feel comfortable and at ease."
