"I'm so surprised to see the same issues here! I went for a blood draw for my life insurance policy and initially was skeptical about this location. Nevertheless, I thought I was in good hands when the nurse took my blood pressure manually. However, when she went to draw my blood I experienced a very unfamiliar pain. She simply replied "You have a Rolling vein" which I have never been told in all my years getting blood draws and as opposed to removing and reattempting she jabbed through my arm and fished for it. I am on week 3! with pain and now have to schedule an appointment with a specialist. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE I have made numerous attempts to contact someone here for follow up with no response."

"This woman (Crystal Nicol Rivas Ballew), took advantage by coming into my home knowing exactly what she was doing way before my appointment, she knew my address as she had come to my house several times previously, Crystal came intentionally to violate my privacy and my person, She deliberately hurt me while drawing my blood with the needle by pushing down and digging. Which cause severe bruising and pain for days after. This company did not do anything about it, also violated my rights along with Crystal."

"I had to go here for drug screening for employment. I liked that I didn't take long being there. The lady that helped me was very friendly and explained the process very understandable. She sanitizes equipment. She also makes sure you don't leave until she seals your hair follicle & places it in outgoing envelope. Makes sure you sign, Gives you a receipt and explains how long it'll take to get results. Perfect customer service."

"My husband and I both had such terrible experiences with Exam One while getting life insurance. Where to begin... well, they rescheduled both of our appointments twice, the nurse showed up at my door an hour early, and for my husband the nurse showed up late. The nurse that came to do my exam stained my couch with her hand sanitizer, missed my veins with the blood draw, and tried to watch me pee for the urine sample. I had to tell her to sit down so she wouldn't follow me into my bathroom. The entire time she was loud and bragging about how she had physically threatened people in the past. My baby daughter was sleeping in the next room and is a heavy sleeper, but in spite of me repeatedly asking the nurse to keep her voice down, she woke my baby daughter up. The nurse that came to draw my husband was at least nice and polite, but he missed the blood draw twice, so now we have to drive 2 hours to get his blood drawn again. As a certified phlebotomist myself, I know my husband and I both have great veins, and I seriously wonder if their nurses have any training at all."
