"It’s great. Only suggestion is to get rid of the air freshener in the front office. It’s overpowering and stinky. People who are sensitive to scents can hardly breathe. And a LOT of people hate strong artificial scents. Plus it’s probably bad for air quality for the staff and patients. Otherwise service has been wonderful and no issues."

"I'm not sure if they were having an off day when I went but what I do know is this place is not good for Medicaid patients. Everything started good, easy check-in, short wait and everyone was nice but when I was in the chair the hygienist and dentist asked me 4 times if I wanted a cleaning before I actually got a cleaning, almost as if they were trying to get me to pass on it. It was my six months cleaning and check-up why would I not want a cleaning? They also took a lot (around 11) of x-rays when I said a certain area of teeth hurt and then without seeing any cavity in the root, they said they don't do root canal and gave me a referral to a dentist downtown Chicago who I would have to pay a minimum of $675 to get a root canal that I might not even need. I'm poor right now and can't afford that or I would be paying for better insurance. I've needed a root canal before and my last dentist sent me to someone who accepted my Medicaid insurance. I have two stars because everyone had a pleasant demeanor."
