"I have never been treated so horribly in my life. My daughter was refused a cleaning because she was nervous and scared. She was crying and I was trying to calm her down and the dental hygienist kept saying "you need to leave. This is not happening today. You need to go. You need to leave." So I moved her to another spot in the office to try and calm her down and the hygienist said "no. you need to go in the waiting room" and followed me there. I took my daughter outside to catch her breath and she agreed to go back in. When returning my daughter told the receptionist she'd like to try again and the receptionist and the hygienist looked us both in the face and said "No. Not happening today." When I told the receptionist not to reschedule as we will go elsewhere she became super defensive and said she never refused the cleaning or told my daughter no. She then went to the back to get reinforcement as if I was some type of convict. The receptionist was shaking and yelling at me. I am disgusted and horrified. It took under 5 minutes to calm her down."

"The type of place where the employees and even the owner thinks their **** don’t stink. They cannot provide an itemized bill when asked, they charge fees I did not approve; and then when asked for cancellation and refund they cannot even provide me a refund receipt. Embarrassing."

"I would give this place 0 if google has ZERO rating. I have been going this place for couple of years, I don't know how this one doctor place can still be existing on the market this long. There is totally no flexibility on schedule, the place closed longer time higher than its business hours, so when you have any emergency, there is no way to get its service, they will let you wait for long time. The quality of the work is also questionable, I had one upper crown replaced, while biting on the mold they pulled out my other crown at bottom, I was under anesthesia can not feel, but the technician didn't find either, I found one hour later when I got home, and called them right away, and they were closed (short business hour). I was so worried, fortunately they found it from somewhere (gabbage?). They glue it back, but work was done bad, it falls off in a year, and they charged me to put it back. there are too much hassle to be a patient there, and there is no way one can conviced that they are doing qualitied work. And, the office manager doesn't sound reasonable either, she tried to conviced me only bad crown may fall off, and tried to explain some dental problem with her limited knowledge, I totally disagress that she knows what she is saying. she is not trustable, I am so tired to go back, bye! Life is short don't waste on them."
