"Went to a presentation to get the award we received in the mail for a 7 day Norwegian Cruise, air fare and two night hotel. We did not buy their "package" and elected to take our award. The award was a total scam and we lost money. By the time you are done, they send you to Avolon Premiums to process your award for $120.00. They send you to Fun Time Reservation who demands $50.00 to quote you one time, non-refundable quote. The quote was terrible and over priced. I went on line and got better air connections and a balcony cabin for $600.00 less than they quoted me. This was a total scam from the start. DO NOT GO TO THE PRESENTATION. Since this review, I have been contacted by Ultimate Excursions and they explained they did not know what Avolon and Fun Time Reservations was actually doing to people that attended their presentation. I got back the $250.00 I paid to the aforementioned companies. Ultimate Excursions did the right thing. I thank them for returning my money."
