"After a change in insurance at work I sent my insurance card in to prequalify. I received word that I was good. Made appointments for family just teeth cleaning and received bill for around $500. When questioned They said they were sorry and reduced my bill to $360. I was tricked, they never checked. Sad way to get patients."
