"Dentist is very nice along with who I'm assuming is the office manager based on her knowledge, but the rest of the staff is a no for me. Took my kids for their check ups for school and picked this office based off our insurance and location to our new home. When I made the appointments I spelled the names of my children and they still got it wrong. I was also told one time, got two text reminders along with a call with that time only to get a text the day of the appointment with a different time. Upon arrival the receptionist assumed I was Spanish speaking (I'm not) and then had an attitude about my insurance because she was not knowledgeable about it. The dental assistant was super soft spoken and got mad when my kids could not hear her giving commands, and she was so rough during their cleanings to the point that they had sore gums more than usual. She also sprayed water all over their faces and clothes unnecessarily. We didn't even know our appointments were over until she walked away. Not going back there."

"This is one of the worst dental offices I've ever attended. They can schedule you right away but the even the doctors and assistants have no idea what I was coming in for. They were getting ready to do an entire different procedure on me without even talking it out with me first. There is no communication between the doctors and patients here what so ever. One of the dentists redid my filing 3 times even though I knew that it was a nerve issue that needed a root canal but he insisted that it be redone 3 times. They can't even get a proper cap on my father's tooth. The cap kept falling off and my father had to come in multiple times for their mistakes. Please heed my warnings and DO NOT GO HERE!"
