"Definitely need to work on ppl skills. Specially the young lady. Her customer service is horrible. She's very rude and unprofessional."
"From the moment we walked in the store the young lady was unwelcoming. She had an issue or attitude. The young men tried to help but she was rude. Rolling her eyes, no thank you or how did I find anything. Then the gentleman brought the shoe out to try on and when we went to register there was little to no customer service being utilized. She was irritated because after the shoe was tried on he placed on counter so when she opened box it was only one shoe. She would’ve known if she simply spoke. I could’ve spent my $200 elsewhere but it was close. I will be calling corporate as well! Poor experience and DTLR is better than this."
"This is my favorite Villa and the only one I will patronize. The staff is friendly, they have a great selection of Retros and there is always a sale... Between my son and me, we support and you should too..."
"Great youngsters places for old veterans visit to but for young children and grandchildren. Comfortable and relaxed environment like the barber shop. Visit at least 4 times a month."
"What a horrible experience. 5 people "working", I really should say that they showed up to work because there was only one person actually working. I walked in, was not greeted by anyone and observed a man sitting in the window near the door eating and on his phone, a female singing and partially dancing who walked past me and didn't ask me if I needed help, a women pretending to retold clothes who was actually snacking away and another gentlemen who was just standing. After the cashier finished the transaction she was working on when I entered the store, she asked me if I needed help. Only this one lady was actually helping me, she asked another employee to get the shoe from the back and h simply replied that they didn't have it, and she proceeded to tell him that they should and he pretending to go look. At that time I decided on another shoe and asked if they had it in the size I needed, the singing and pretending to work employee started to walk towards me and I replied to the first girl thank you for helping me since no one else had offered any assistance and the female who was singing decided she was offended and turned her back to me and walked away. The cashier attempted to find another shoe that they had in stock in the size I needed and at that time I asked for the manager's information and she told me she was the manager. Once again I thanked her for helping me and told her that she should not be the only one working. I told her that she shouldn't have to ring the shoe, find the shoe etc when there are other employees in the store. And I also mentioned to her that it's amazing that the singing female thought she had a right to be offended when everything I stated was true and she knew that she was wrong. What a bad experience. You think with five employees you would be able to quickly get some assistance."
