"I was T-Boned right before Christmas and the other drivers insurance Kemper gave me such a low quote for repairs and such a run around I had to go through Geico my insurance company on Jan 4th who within 4 hours set me up with Crash Champions who did such a wonderful job competing the needed repairs on my Lexus. Mark and Cindy were so professional in keeping me updated on every step of the journey to the completion of my repairs that it looks like it was never in an accident. I wish I could give them more than the 5 stars allotted. They were so welcoming and kind during a very difficult time which was very much heartfelt and appreciated. "Rob is amazing! I brought my vehicle in for an estimate due to hail damage and they drove my car to my place of employment to drop it off when they were done. The entire interior of my vehicle was detailed! From the windows to the seats to the doors to the floor mats, including my rubber mats! Way to go above and beyond! I scheduled the repair and was told it would take a couple of days to repair so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call same day that my car was ready for pick up. Not only did my car look great but I was happy to see that some dents from previous damage were also repaired in the process! They replaced a chrome lining from my window that had fallen off and also replaced my rain guards as they were in pretty poor shape. I am overly satisfied with the service I received and will definitely return if I’m ever in need of repairs in the future!"

"They did an excellent job of fixing the damage to my VW Passat. and the color and fit are like new. Quarter panel (front right) and hood plus a lot of components like lights, etc. were replaced and fixed. I cannot tell that anything bad happened to my car. I was lucky as all parts were readily available, not very common nowadays. They got it done very, very fast, and were quick to update me on the status. This company was chosen by my insurance (Allstate) and both were excellent in terms of speed and service. It has literally been decades since I had to get service like this, and they really made the process quick and painless. I could not be more pleased with the results."

"TERRIBLE PLACE!! Picked up my car recently and found out hours later that they stoled my iPhone charger left every other useless android charger there. Also left their tools in my glasses case, and a random bag of trash in my car that I’m positive was never there to begin with. Wouldn’t have notice if they didn’t leave a random 2XL Iowa shirt in my car."
