"From the appointment being made, to the work, and picking up my vehicle, the process was seamless. They did an excellent job with my Chevy Malibu. The customer service was phenomenal. They contacted me right away as Allstate said they would to see when I could bring my car in and explained the process. Paperwork was easy to fill out and communication/ updates along the way were greatly appreciated. Also it was nice they cleaned the car and that it was done so quickly! I'm shocked at the amount of people that rate it low because its appointments only... but it's their policy, you have to remember. Even if you don't like that, a policy is a policy and its theirs. Such a shame to see people giving low ratings that have nothing to do with the quality of work."
