"Excellent care for repairing my broken molar. Dr. Tsai accommodated me by spending a full 2 1/2 hours on a crown buildup, temporary crown sizing and placement, and a thorough follow-up discussion. She inspired complete confidence during the entirety of my experience. Dental assistant Erin was demonstrably very capable, and very pleasant throughout the entire appointment. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the cost - fairly pricey at just under $2000. But the facility was very well equipped and I left being satisfied that my dental repair was excellent."

"The reception staff were extremely friendly and kind and had a really cute dog! And my hygienist Chris was EXTREMELY competent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was clearly very well-versed in the software and hardware he was using on the job. He also kindly made an adjustment to his cleaning method when I told him my teeth were very sensitive (in the past other dentist offices have simply forced me to endure the pain).
