"Have been great to work with as a provider for the past few years until this month, they suddenly state the main service I bill is considered experimental and that they shouldn't have been paying for it. After being a reliable payer, now patients aren't getting coverage so will stop coming, killing a major stream of business. No warning, just slew of claim denials for the exact thing been doing the past few years, billed the same way. It's like being friends with someone for 2 years, and then they back stab you repeatedly, literally, until you bleed out on the floor with no one around to care."
