"Basically I paid thousands of extra dollars for Melissa to book my tickets, and nothing more. Never heard from her during the trip. No extra information other than the reservation info/confirmation emails and an info sheet with emergency numbers for various countries. A couple of the reservations weren’t even done correctly and we had to literally pay the price for it, not to mention the stress it caused and the time it took away from our trip having to correct the various issues ourselves. Overall I was very disappointed since we had heard such good reviews from other people who had worked with Melissa’s mother, and just assumed we would get the same level of service from her. It soured an otherwise awesome trip, and I unfortunately would not recommend working with Melissa."
