I decided to give them a try because I was unable to get my car to pass the emissions test after repeated attempts (and a lot of money) by another muffler shop. They solved my problem on the first try and were very fairly priced. Because of that experience, I've since brought two more cars to them for service and couldn't be more pleased!"
"I brought my 2013 Jeep grand Cherokee in for a wheel alignment and did not make it out of the parking lot before hearing a loud pop and my vehicle dropping to the ground, only to find that the air suspension bag popped. I insisted they take a look and they told me to take it somewhere else to be looked at, however I told them that they would need to look at it because I can not drive like this. I also requested a refund and the young lady at the desk laughed and stated they don’t do refunds, after looking under the car the manager walked me over to take a look and showed me the popped air suspension bag, then pretended that he did not notice that there was supposedly a bolt missing that must have been missing before he said which is why the vehicle dropped on that side and popped the air Suspension bag. I’m no mechanic but that does not make any since."
