"The front desk experience was OK. The attendant was pleasant. The exray technichian was pleasant, but I felt like I was out in the middle of a hallway while my mouth was being exrayed. The exam chair was very uncomfortable where I was again xrayed. The office did not feel antiseptic like I have been accostomed to and the hygienest did not come into the room while I was there. I complained twice about the laugh and noise in a neighboring room but it kept up. The situation made me upset and I became ill before I was examined and had to leave. I will not go back there."

"Absolute worst customer relations. There are times they don't answer the phone. (The last two days) The call goes to some switchboard somewhere. Hygienist was 20 minutes late for my appointment. The parking is bad, due to the other stores in the strip mall. Usually, no place to park. I will not return. I send emails with no response. The phone number they use comes up as a person's name, not Aspen Dental. Go to Redwing Dental across the street in Antioch, they are professional."

"I had a dental emergency and was able to get in the same day and have my teeth fixed. Everyone was very nice and the dentist did an amazing job on my teeth. I am grateful for how accommodating they were to resolve my problem on the same day."

"My experience was wonderful!! From the first call to the end of my appointment everyone was informative and compassionate!! I’m very uncomfortable going to the dentist. But here they made me comfortable and my fears were not a factor. Shout out to Katie! She was compassionate ,efficient and she explained everything she was doing. The hygienist was gentle and also explained everything. The doctor was also very informative she answered all my questions without me having to ask. And Big shout out to Tiffany ! The financial advisor. She went over and above showing me multiple options of financial options to best benefit me!! The Antioch aspen I would highly recommend to anyone who wants the Best dental experience they have ever had!!!"
