"I have been trying to get a bill from 8 months ago reworked because the provider was in network. The first person I talked to confirmed the provider was in network and said he submitted it for rework. When I called again I was told there were notes on my account but the person never submitted anything and he no longer works at the company. Last week and again today I was basically told to continue to call them every few days to see if there is ever a resolution. Issue has been resolved, WebTPA did reach out and solved the issue. I appreciate the help but wish it wouldn't have been such a hassle."
"WebTPA should be investigated. Between their business practices and HORRENDOUS Customer Service team, I have been consistently disappointed with their handling of my claims. Unfortunately my employer sought for partnership with a CHEAP Company. Customer Service does not answer calls professionally nor understand how to respond via email. When I request for escalation by phone or email, it is routed to one person every single time and this individual is not management. Imagine your query is not heard. Calls can take up to 45 minutes before it is answered and you don't even work with all of the time zones. It is frustrating to deal with this so called Company that is supposed to be partnering with our Employer. I trusted you and your staff to better handle our questions, inquiries, and concerns whether by phone or emails. Instead I received nothing but anguish."
"WOW…. What a joke! They represent Aetna very poorly. One of the representatives wanted MY fax number to reprocess a claim?!?! I asked Guia why she needed my fax number to reprocess a claim through Aetna? They seriously have NO clue what they are doing. First date of service was processed IN network, next one was processed OUT of network. Instead of sending the claim back to be reprocessed, because it was clearly their error, she said I needed to Appeal with a copy of our contract?!? Seriously? I’ve NEVER had anyone tell me that. They usually send it back to the adjuster and give me a ticket number. Not my first rodeo. Obviously it’s theirs. I even called back, the second representative, Ren, told me the same thing."
"What a joke for an insurance company. I have been paying for insurance for 18 years. When I finally get the flu they don’t cover anything. And customers support is a joke."
"They will quote you one price and then send you a different one. How is this even legal. Please do not use this company. I will be switching to my old insurance company when open enrollment begins"
