I went for a deep cleaning session, from the time of checking till I came out, I was guided by the staff, after the X-rays were done, Hygienists explained to me in detail as to what is the condition of my teeth, why is it the way it is and why is deep cleaning required, and what is the next procedure I could consider for maintaining the longevity and health of my teeth and gums. The equipment is world class. I would highly recommend this dental clinic. It was worthwhile driving 45 minutes."

"Unfortunately will say this is the last time I’ll be going to this place. I was recommended to go here, and upon arrival I had extensive cleaning and was told I needed fillings. When this was presented, they showed me the costs and how much my insurance was estimated to cover. I went ahead paid for what was done and was told in order to keep my appointment, I needed to pre-pay. Which to me is weird, why do I pay for something that wasn’t done yet. Anyways, I went ahead and did that. I came back the following week for my fillings and after that was done, I was told I had a balance. I asked what is this balance and apparently they “undercharged l” me. They wanted me to pay more and when I asked what did the insurance cover, they said well that’s still pending. I refused to pay until my insurance covers and will be asking for detailed sheet on my charges. I’ve never had a clinic tell me to pay upfront and ask for more without my insurance clearing. Sorry but I’ve worked in the medical financial world and dealt with insurances and certainly tell you the way this practice is ran is not ideal and borderline a scam."
