Gene Funk's Morris Trailer Sales 802 U.S. 6, Morris, IL 60450

"Paid over $12k for a brand new trailer. Since day one it continued to blow fuses on my brand new truck. After some investigation found mice had made a nest in the frame and chewed the entire wire harness. I have owned the trailer for a total of 4 months. I removed the entire harness and took it back to see if the could help me. Was told by the guy behind the counter, “ yep happens all the time here with the mice”. Then he gave me the name of a place to buy a new harness. Said there was nothing he could do. One would think after spending 12 grand on a trailer the lights and brakes would work. Guess not. Will never spend another dime at this place. Customer service is non existent. Rude and ignorant."

"I waited a long time to do this review almost 2 years wanted to see if my situation can be solved... Bought a trailer from here full price no financing or anything never got the title in the mail or anything every time I called them they're like you have to deal with it at the state level and give you a number and hang up. they have no real customer service or responsibility of their customers in my books this is something they need to take care of since they are the seller of the trailer."

"I called to see if they could get another set of keys made for my trailer. ( which I purchased from them). I was told I would be receiving a call back. After 4 to 5 days I called again to which they told me they were call me back and I still haven’t received a call. I then called to see if they can get me a marker light. Again I was told I would get a callback that was days ago. They make me feel like they could care less about you once they sell you a trailer. Their service department is terrible."
