"Be very careful when buying a gift certificate flight from this company. Was able to buy a gift certificate for a discovery flight on a Cessna, only to never be able to actually get in touch with anyone to ever book the fight. You can't book it online because there are no dates available, and you are told to get in touch with their office. It doesn't matter if you call, it will go straight to voicemail and they will never call you back. You can fill out the contact form on the website and they will never contact you back. You can email them directly and they will never email you back. They will promote buying gift certificates, especially for the holidays, but once they have your money they are in no hurry to actually let you book the flight that you bought."

"Enrolled in the private pilot course back in August with the hopes of getting all of my certifications and was placed on a waitlist. Continually checked in on my status and was assured that I was progressing on the list and that I would more than likely start in January (6 months from start). January came and went and they finally gave me my "schedule" and said that the student occupying my time slot should be graduating soon and my training would begin. Last week I got an email stating that the flight school would no longer be in operation and that i should be getting a refund for any deposits I had placed. Obviously, very confused and upset I called the office with no answer and the person emailing as well as the flight director refused to give me a call as well. After waiting 8 months and feeling led on, the very least this business could do is give me a call and express their apologies. Beyond disappointed."

"I surprised my girlfriend, now fiance, on a wonderful helicopter ride around the city of Fort Worth. Our pilot Grant was very nice and made the process easy. He went out of his way to show us our house from above, which was not to far, very awesome! For our first time, its definitely worth the experience!"
