"Although the fish were scarce across the whole Bay (Laguna Madre) this morning, we had an outstanding experience with Captain Cliff Fleming. He’s a pro’s pro!! And, most important to me great with young people. Captain Cliff worked tirelessly with my two grandchildren (ages 9&11) who were rookie saltwater fisherman when they boarded his super clean and well appointed boat. The kiddos not only learned a ton about the basics and ethics of bay fishing, but they gained knowledge of the flora and fauna of the pristine wetlands that surrounded us. The kids loved every minute of the day. A local restaurant fried up our catch for lunch about 20 minutes after the filleting. Thank you Captain Fleming. Will definitely fish with him again. Clearly a 5 Star experience."

"Amazing Capt! We wanted to give our son and new wife a fishing experience during their honeymoon. I called Capt Fleming and worked out the details, he even set up wife the chef at a local restaurant to cook their catch. He made sure the fish cooperated as well. "This was the highlight of our vacation! Our relationship with Captain Cliff began over a month out from our trip when my husband called Captain Cliff to find out more about bay fishing. We decided the trip would be a blast for us and our 7 year old son! Captain Cliff selected the best day for our family to go fishing based on the lunar cycle. I could tell from the moment we met Captain Cliff that we were going to have a great trip - he’s laid back and friendly - he showed us the best times of the day to fish based on the lunar cycle and said that we would be fishing during that time, he asked about our son’s fishing experience and got an idea of my husband’s goals for the day! The whole day was perfect! We caught snapper, trout and lady fish which our son kept calling “girl fish.” The Captain was patient with our son and taught him safety on the boat and kept him busy reeling in fish. We were reeling in fish on every cast at one point, although, not all keepers. It was so much fun! My husband mentioned that he would like to catch some trout and Captain Cliff took us to some trout! There was a nice man back at the marina who cleaned and bagged our fish. His wife even gave us some limes from their tree! The whole experience was unforgettable and we are already planning our next trip with Captain Cliff in October! He is knowledgeable, kind, great with kids and a ton of fun! We are so appreciative to him for making this such an incredible experience for our family! We will be talking about it for a long time!!"
