"I had been a patient of this practice for decades and was never strong-armed for payment prior to the insurance coming through. Everything was fine until I retired and my new state carrier takes time to make payment. Well, they were nasty to me and wrote me a letter saying I had better come with total payments and future payment next time or I would be denied treatment. After at least 20 years of quick payments this office turned on me and made me feel like a free loader. How can a place that claims to be there to help patients turn so quickly into a money grabbing enterprise? New ownership perhaps? I understand dentists need their payment but to be so rude, uncompassionate and nasty to a long standing customer is unforgiveable. Dental mistakes such as not tightening down an implant cost me $100 to go to another dentist to drill through the crown and fix what this office caused. Rosanne at the front desk appeared to be friendly but became monstrously rude and even sent a notice that I was going to collections for a $25 bill. If they work with an insurance company they are not supposed to charge over the allowed amount. Well that didn't happen. There are better dentists around and I have found one that isn't money hungry and grubbing for every dollar."
