"This must be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Sold me a policy stating I did not have to change doctors. Three weeks later, more than 5 hours of documented calls, and all they do is push you from one person to another. Have tried to get it escalated, but the managers never ((never) call you back. Conveniently hiding behind a call center answering service trying to get someone is impossible. If there is one word of caution! There must be other providers that offer better customer service than this. And BEWARE, although they state your doctor will be accepted by their programme so you do not have to change doctors, they are not telling the truth. From Emily, to Jennifer, to Madyson all who refuse to give you better identification, including just hanging up on you when you insist on speaking to someone who can help. I am sure all the calls are recorded! But you can’t do anything about it as no one will talk to you."
"This is a 3rd rate 3rd party insurance company that never pays the medical bills on time. They always, always refuse payment and if they pay the medical bills they are in collection by the time they do get paid. If your company uses this company or you are looking for health insurance on your own stay very, very, very far away from this company!"
"We submitted our documents over 3 weeks hoping to get the proof of insurance asap, and this company kept telling us it will take a few more days. My husband ended up calling them 3 times a day, 2 days in a row, and the following week. However, all the supervisor could say was "I am sorry, it is being worked on. We can't do any thing else" Besides, the superviors are rude, indiferent, and just so ready to hang out. The context is we Have Been Waiting for over 3 weeks to get this proof of insurance. They never responded to our employer's emails. Very malfunctioned, and clearly they don't care. A very negative experience. They really don't care if they mess up because they know you Need the insurance."

The Customer Service, is very monotone, unprofessional meaning lack of certainty of the product that their talking about then especially with CerpassRx got an attitude with me because of needing a call back because no one was available to answer my concerns of prescriptions. "I had 2 teeth that were hurting, went too the ER and got a Antibiotic the ER doctor told me I need too see a Dentist , I broke 2 of my teeth . So for the next week and a half I called different Dentist office too see who would take my hubby Dental Insurance , I found one made a appointment . I get there in time two nice lady's come outside , while in my truck and give me a clip bord and papers too fill out , I give her my dental card so they can make a copy of it . I said that's fine , I'm almost done with my paperwork and she tells me they don't take my dental insurance , she asked if I have second one I can use , I tell her I do not . Come too find out the name on the front of the dental insurance card , when the name of the Dental insurance is Careiontioning Dental Insurance , but it doesn't say that on the card . So I left I told the nice lady's I was sorry for wasting their time . I was so embarrassed and up set , I will not make this mistake again . And I will say this too trying too find a family doctor I've been having the same problem . Do your self a favor , don't go with this insurance They suck ."
