"I contacted Premier to secure insurance prior to my retirment. The representative sent a docusine, and told me that I should be a card in the mail. As time went by, I called because I had not receiving the insurance card. I was told at that time, that I would not be receiving a card, because I had cancelled the policy, the same day I purchased it. The representative claimed that the company had received an email from me cancelling the policy. They said they responded with a confirmation, and that was true. I did locate that email that I had somehow missed. Howver, I never cancelled this policy. I asked where the email they received came from, they couldn't answer the question, claiming she had no axcess to that screen. The representative promised to call the following day. The call never came. She also claimed that they had tried to contact my by phone. There were no messages on my phone from them. There were 2 emails from them this morning, Saturday. Wanting me to contact them, think I will shop elsewhere, this whole thing stinks. I never cancelled this policy"
