"Why do they still have a picture of staff that does not work there anymore? False advertising. This place lately is the worse. Customer service is terrible. I called 6 times no one picked up or called me back. I waited a very long time to be seen and I specifically asked for my dentist and they gave me someone else without my notification. Half the people that were the best quality people do not work there any more. Do not go to this place. I was told I need services that are not true after getting second opinion at my new dentist and this would have cost me unnecessary amount of money."

"Everytime I make an appointment, my turn always comes 40 mins after my appointment time. Their never on time and always late. Either their understaffed or just bad at scheduling."

"The only doctor worth seeing is dr.Beth. It was in my notes that I only wanted to see dr.Beth. I made an appointment bc my filling fell out and I also wanted my yearly exam. Waited 40 minutes before I finally asked when they were going to see me and they said “oh we can take you now” what?? I get in and they take full mouth X-rays. The dentist, NOT DR BETH, told me I smell like a smoker.. excuse me? I don’t smoke and even if I did why would you ever say that to someone?! After filling my cavity I asked if I had new ones, as they just took my XRays bc this was my annual exam.. she told me it wasn’t an exam, that I was wrong. Told me it was fine because I need to come back to get my teeth deep cleaned even though my insurance won’t cover it for another 2 years, she just expects someone on Medicaid to come back and pay that out of pocket? I got emotional because this is far from me and costs me over $40 to Uber there and home. Tears started to fall and she LAUGHED AT ME. Run from this place"
