"I called them 6 weeks prior to taking my car in and set up an appointment. I asked if I could drop my car off on a Thursday night and stated I needed it back by the following Monday, I was assured that wouldn't be a problem. The work they were hired to performed was a 5 year ceramic coating with full exterior detail.. I call them on Monday when I was told my car would be done and was told I could pick it up at 330 pm that afternoon, I arrived about 320 yes I was early by a few minutes, they were putting coating on the hood and front end of the car, normally they would have had this done and the car should sit 24 hours for the coating to cure. This was supposed to be a full exterior detail and coating is what I understood I was getting. The door jams were full of buffing dust, the polished aluminum wheels were full of water spots, the dirt on the inner fender wells was still how it was when I brought the car in and the windows were still dirty. The buffing they did made the look much better. The coating was ok also, I'm taking there word that 2 coats were applied. Just expected more I guess."
