"This company should be investigated. I had one test sent here from my doctor's office. The results claimed I had a staph infection (I'll be honest--I'm not confident this was true; I had no symptoms!). Then, came the billing nightmares. $962 for the test. After all was said and done, I owed $125, they said. The also said if I paid in one payment, it would be $100. I paid the $100 and have my confirmation emails and bank statements to demonstrate payment. Over the weekend, I get another statement. I called them this morning--5th call dealing with this one single test!--and am now, being told there's no payment showing on my account and that I owe $100 still. You can be sure I won't be paying more! Calling my doctor's office now and our state authorities. This has scam written all over it!"

"Only take you money , they do strep culture on me , and they sent 1500 bill , it’s crazy , and my child Dr. do the same thing and he only pay 17 us his portion , what they think , you have money in the backyard… tell you Dr. don’t use this lab ,"

"Random charge showed up on my credit card and I never used this business for any medical testing. Very strange - charge is in dispute. They say their business office is open on Saturdays from 8-5 CST but when I called they were closed. Be very cautious with AIT Laboratories."

"Can I give negative stars? That would be appropriate for this company that has failed to do its job not once but 4 times. They originally sent us a bill for $125 for 3 lab tests for our child. Though our co-pay at most should have be $20. I found out they had somehow mixed up the member ID number of our child and sent the wrong number to our health insurance company. I have now called this company 4 times and they have continuously failed to submit the bill to our insurance company with the corrected ID number. And today I received a letter from a debt collector on their behalf. The insanity of them sending me to collections for their error. I've filed a complaint with BBB and will continue to file complaints against this company on every platform I can until they fix this matter."

"Overcharged and so hence I overpaid. Have been waiting for my refund for 3 months now. Have even got the account rep at my local doctors office involved. From prior reviews this looks like this companies M.O. Their customer service/billing appears to be overseas, all customer service reps are foreign and hard to understand and thus unhelpful . They have not notified my insurance that I have paid and so I am unable to get them involved. We should all get-together and do a class action suit. If I don't get my refund in short order I will be opening a claim at my states DA office for medical billing fraud . They have a time frame to issue refunds from overages."
