Dr. Afsheen Ommar

Dr. Afsheen Ommar is a reputable dentist located at 370 West Terra Cotta Avenue in Crystal Lake, Illinois. With over 18 years of experience in general dentistry, Dr. Ommar obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry with Honors. She has worked as a Dental Director at NorthShore Northwest Community Healthcare and currently serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Illinois-Chicago, College of Dentistry. Dr. Ommar is dedicated to providing compassionate care to patients of all ages and is committed to staying updated on the latest dental technology through advanced continuing education. She is a certified member of various dental societies and is proud to serve active service members through her work with the U.S. military.

In her free time, Dr. Ommar enjoys traveling with her family and is actively involved in the McHenry county community. Aileen, a registered dental hygienist at the institution since 2006, graduated with honors from The Ohio State University and is dedicated to helping patients achieve total wellness through preventive care visits. She enjoys watching her patients and their families grow throughout the years. Aileen resides in Algonquin, IL with her two children and cat and enjoys running, attending country concerts, karaoke, watching Buckeye football, and spending time with loved ones.
