"If I could, I would have given 0 or negative stars. Didn't even get to see the doctor!! My review is based on the front-end staff. One of my parents recently had to enroll into Medicare, and also needed a new dentist; thus we reached out to this practice. When I made the appointment, I made sure that I gave the receptionist all available information I had, made sure the number and etc. were correct, and on her end she asked following questions as well. Ok, all well and good, then we go to the appointment early to fill out paperwork. We were greeted by the same individual receptionist I chatted with; she also recognized us. She took the insurance card and gave us the paperwork to fill out. She said, "Go ahead and fill out these papers and I'll be right there with you." There were many questions to fill out, not to mention, my parent has many health issues and has to take many medications; so it's a tedious task to write all that information down. Meanwhile, the office started to get crowded due to more patients coming in for their appointments. [Side note: the receptionist is extremely chatty and a bit loud (not saying this cause I am upset). During our call she even assumed that the patient will be in need of a Spanish interpreter.] While we are filling out all the paperwork, she was loudly chatting and laughing with the other patients and her coworks. It's not a bad thing to be friendly, but may be she should be more attractive. After around 25 minutes she walked swiftly towards us and was visibly angry at us; her talking tone was rude as well. She asked, "Are you guys done yet? The hygienist has been waiting for you!" I was baffled cause I was under the impression that she will take the paperwork from us & let us know when the hygienist and the doctor were ready to see us due to her mentioning earlier that "I'll be right there with you". She said a very firm "No!", and added that we should have gone up there to her. Ok, miscommunication happens, but I don't think it happen during this event. Then comes the best part...she tells us that they do not take this insurance. WAO!! All that waiting, making sure on the phone that they do take the insurance, being looked down upon, and now she tells me that they won't take the insurance. WTH! She mentioned that the insurance isn't through the patient's employer, so they won't be able to take it. How funny cause she asked before on the phone what type of insurance it was, and I did give her the information! I stood my ground and told her that I did. To avert the conversation she then interrupts me and starts stating bunch of services they have that we can get done for around $200 or so because we were already in the office. We calmly turned down the services. She still did try to push the service(s) on us again, and of course we said no. While leaving the office, we were not acknowledged at all. What a great customer service gesture (being sarcastic)! Wonderful! On top of all that, not a single apology from her. Forget about me, she made an elderly disable person go through all this!! What if we drove a long distance to get to the appointment? Missed work that day! We also scheduled few other things for the day based on this appointment cause it's hard for an elderly disabled individual to go out often. Can she give us back the money, time, mental peace, and energy? Of course not! What a mishap! Such a shame!"

"Dr. Vasquez is by far the best dentist I have ever experienced. She is knowledgeable and kind, especially with patients who are terrified of the dentist. Affordable pricing and friendly, efficient staff are an added bonus."

"DR Vasquez is hands down the Absolute Best Dentist I have ever had in my 57 years of life! Especially for those of us who have a fear of going to the dentist. She immediately takes the fear away with her calm demeanor, and her immense skill as a dentist. I would give her 100 stars if I could. The dental hygienist Jenefer “Jen” is also the Absolute Best. Her intelligence along with her kindness make her deserve 100 stars as well! The front desk staff are a Great Team and round out the whole office with 100 stars too! Knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly-make them all a perfect team. Thank you to DR Vasquez and her entire team for such a fabulous job and making me Enjoy going to the dentist!!"

"Dr Vazquez is absolutely wonderful! She really gets in a personal level with you and makes sure that YOU are happy with wha she has done for you. She makes you comfortable and is very patient. I have always had a fear of dentists, however, she puts me at ease every single time. She just repaired a long time issue I’ve been having with an extracted tooth and it made me incredibly self conscious. Thanks to Dr Vazquez I can smile with confidence! I just want to hug her!!! She’s the greatest!!!!! And the entire staff is SO SWEET! You can’t go wrong here at this office!"

"I called on Thurs. afternoon for a tooth ache problem and was seen the next day at 8:00.Everyone at Dr.Vasquez's office was extremely friendly and professional,the care I received was excellent.Everything was explained before hand and Dr.Vasquez really makes you feel comfortable.I wasn't a patient before but I am now.I highly recommend Dr.Vasquez and her staff."
