"Actually, I'd give it 4.5 stars but I rounded up to 5 because customer service is great! Likes - Constant communication update on status of the car. My car needed repair at the worst time (Thanksgiving/Christmas 2022). It took around 2.5 months to complete the repairs. Dustin was great in coming back to me with updates. Because the insurance could only cover my rental car until a certain date, Caliber agreed to cover the remaining days until the car was ready. Ali, the parts manager, was a great communicator as well. Reason I would knock off 0.5 points is because the car wasn't exactly perfect the time I picked it up; issues such as side door mirror switch was stuck, washer fluid line was pinched. Fortunately, they were minor issues and could be fixed quickly. Overall, I would rate this experience as a positive one."
