"They refused to accept a good rx coupon which would have saved over $65 on 90 day supply of atorvastatin. My mother is on a fixed income and I know they just didn't want to take the extra steps to help her this morning. Too bad this is the only option in Bastrop."

"I called to get refill but needed to talk to someone first. The 1st person I spoke with cut me off while giving her my information and put me on hold for 7 minutes. The second person while giving my information under her breath said "oh my God". Terrible customer service."

"I transferred my scrip to Walmart's pharmacy not only because it was free there but because they were the only pharmacy in town that kept it in stock. I keep getting it there because the staff is efficient and helpful and they get refills from my doctor's office in less time than it took other pharmacies. Their text message notifications when it's filled are handy. Give them a try."

"I've been going here for a long time to get my prescriptions. I will not come here again. My doctor prescribed ivermectin for me to pick up and your staff member Kowalski, Jardn... if that's how it's spelt. Declined my personal and private doctors request that is between a doctor and their patient. You are no one to tell a patient no, that is not your business. I am filing a complaint and will send a review on this incident everywhere. And also, this person should be removed from having the ability to stop doctors from doing their medically and educated treatments to their patients. I am disgusted with this pharmacy. Thankfully, Walgreens next door filled the request of ivermectin with no questions... as they are supposed to. I will never get anything from this pharmacy again."

"Mother just had open heart surgery and was released around 3:30pm with a slew of prescriptions to pick up. Got home went through the prescription list and noticed the hospital did not include any pain killers! Called the hospital and they said they’d call it in, that was around 5:00pm. Called Walmart pharmacy at 6pm and they said still haven’t received the pain prescription request. Called hospital back and they said prescription request was electronically sent at 5:48pm. Called Walmart pharmacy back and explained the situation with my mother just having open heart surgery and asked if they could call the hospital and talk to Lilly, the charge nurse, and they refused to do anything to help get my mother her pain meds. The last thing they said was “We close at 7pm” it was 6:51pm...Worst place and people ever!!!"
