"First off the lady that answered the phone seemed mad at me for her not being able to understand me because of my horse (sick)voice. They didn't have the drug prescribed, which isn't a big deal, but they told me I would have to call around to find a pharmacy that had it in stock. Seems like common customer service that if you don't have a product in stock you find somewhere that does to assist. Especially when the customer can barely talk.."

For example: We dropped in to ask the Pharmacist for our Flu Vaccination and he took the time to explain to my wife and I when the flu season was prevalent in our area and given our medical history and age (yes, he was completely familiar with our history), he recommended coming back at the date he provided to ensure we were covered in time and the vaccine would have the maximum efficacy to protect us the entire period. Now THAT is customer care!"
