"I have went to this practice since moving to Plainfield, IL and started with Dr. Hodoval. I had an experience today which WILL BE MY LAST where Dr. Ghazi's assistance changed my cleaning appointment with the Dentist to the Dental Hygienist. No disrespect to the Hygienist as this was not her fault. THE PROBLEM is with Dr. Ghazi's assistant WHO BOOKED this cleaning WITH THE DDS and proceeds to lecture me when I am asking why my appointment was moved to the Hygienist when it was originally booked (BY HER) with Dentist. SHE WAS CAUGHT IN A LIE AND WOULD NOT ADMIT THAT SHE MADE AN ERROR AND MADE THIS CHANGE WITHOUT CONFIRMING MY ACCEPTANCE. Oh yes, it is about $$$, because she also let me know they cannot accommodate me this morning due to a person needing a crown....hmm, thanks for confirming this is about $$$ and by the way there is this thing about HIPAA. ALL CREDIBILITY AND CONFIDENCE LOST! You also now owe me for the inconvenience of My Work Time Lost for an appointment that was booked six months ago!"
